What this site is
Marshall & Co. is a business consultancy. It is not a law firm, an accounting firm, a tax preparer, a customs broker, or a lender. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, customs, or financial advice, and reading this site does not create a client relationship. A relationship begins only under a written engagement signed by both sides.
Specimens and tools
Any finding shown on this site is a clearly labelled specimen built from fictional figures, published to show format only. It is not a client result, a prediction, or a promise. The calculators and the Statement X-Ray on this site do arithmetic on figures you supply and are indicative only. Determinations that require a license — tax positions, customs classifications and entries, lending decisions — are made by licensed professionals, not by this site and not by its tools.
No promise of a benefit
We do not promise that a benefit exists in your business, that a specialist will agree with a finding, that an authority will accept a position, or that an action will produce a projected amount. Fees for savings work, where earned, are a percentage of verified savings as defined in the fee definition and in a written engagement agreed before work begins. Other work is billed only as quoted and agreed in writing before it begins.

The text, documents, and marks on this site belong to Marshall & Co. Provider names are used in plain text to describe the tools we use factually; their use does not claim or imply a partnership with, or endorsement by, any provider. You may link to any page on this site. You may not present this site's documents as your own, or use the marks in a way that suggests you are this firm.
