What this site collects

This website is a static page. It runs no advertising trackers and sets no marketing cookies. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical information (such as your IP address and browser details) to deliver and protect the site, under Cloudflare's own policies.

If you use the contact form, what you type — your name, business, how to reach you, the area you choose, and your note — is processed by FormSubmit and delivered to our company mailbox at professor@copyrightmybrain.com, which runs on Google Workspace. Form submissions are used only to assess your business and reply to you. They are never sold.

The Statement X-Ray

The Statement X-Ray runs entirely in your browser. The figures you type are not uploaded, transmitted, or stored by this site. Reloading the page clears them.

Engagement information

If we work together, the handling of your business records is governed by your written engagement and summarised in How Your Information Is Handled: the providers who touch records, the confidentiality duty, the return and deletion terms, and what happens if unauthorised access is confirmed.

Your choices

• You may ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to professor@copyrightmybrain.com. Engagement records may be retained where the engagement or the law requires it, as described in the pages above.
• You never need to send us a password, a multifactor code, or bank or government credentials. We will never ask you to.

Changes

If this page changes, the new version will be published here with its version number and effective date. Material changes to how engagement records are handled will also be reflected in How Your Information Is Handled.
